Reduced TVA rate for renovation work increased 01/01/2012
From 01/01/2012 the reduced rate of TVA for renovation works has risen to 7% (from 5,5%). This rate can be charged by TVA registered artisans for qualifying works, or part of works. Works covered by a quote (devis) signed by the client prior to 20/12/2011 (& having a properly recorded deposit paid before that date as well) continue to attract the old 5,5% rate.
